happy for any
reason, cancel

will be refunded.
The only exception
to a refund, is
if you violate

Terms of Service(TOS).
Violations of
the TOS usually
are due to spamming,
hacking, and illegal
content.

set up?

Software allows
you to create,
edit and remove
hosting accounts
in real-time,
view server status,
upgrade/downgrade

and limit bandwidth
usage, password
modification,
full control over
your DNS zones,
install/uninstall

my clients find

all mention and

for its resellers.

offers private
nameservers, anonymous
web browser control
panels, manuals,
server names,
at no additional
charge. The routing

info, are both
currently being
changed over to
be totally anonymous.

"Network Operations
Center, Inc."

can sign up to

you have an online

my accounts?

WebHostManager
Software allows

costs?

stated plainly

We do not hide
fees in fineprint,
or in our terms
of service pages.
The only costs
that are commonly
found to occur
beyond your expected
flat monthly rates
per service, are
those due to increased
disk space or
bandwidth usage.
Pricing for such
is plainly stated
on our website.

very often will
allow you to upgrade
your packages
to the next size
up, should you
see an increase
in disk space
levels or bandwidth
usage for the
current month,
and not want to
pay for such additional
usage. Disk space
usage and availablility,
as well as estimated
bandwidth usage,
is available to
you in the majority
of the control
panel versions
included with
the hosting packages.
What
products &
services can I
resell?
You can setup
your own hosting
packages and set
any price you
wish.
What
happens if I decide
to leave HostForWeb.COM
You
are free to leave
at any time. The
clients you have
signed up with
as a HostForWeb.COM
reseller, are
your clients.
You are free to
take them with
you if for any
reason you decide
to leave HostForWeb.COM.
Is
there a discount
if I pre-pay for
a number of months
in advance?
HostForWeb.COM
does offer a discount
to resellers for
advance payments
on their account.
You
pay for 10 months
and get 12 months.

Will my clients have their
own IP number
or is it shared?
All accounts will
be IPless. You
can order a 10
block of IP's
for $5/mo and
provide IP-based
accounts. The
only real reason
why someone would
want to have a
dedicated IP would
be to use their
own SSL certificate
and to be able
to use anonymous
FTP. There are
a few smaller
side effects,
an example of
one of them would
be that if someone
which is on the
same IP address
and spams a search
engine; it would
get BOTH of your
sites banned.
What type of support do you
offer? Average
Response Time?

offers support
to our resellers
24/7/365 via web
based ticket system,
email, AOL Instant
Messanger, &
website java chat.
We strive for
response times
of no more than
a few hours. Response
times of just
a few minutes
are quite common
during normal
business hours.
HostForWeb.COM
has recently implemented
a web based support
ticket system,
which integrates
all incoming support
email into it.
The ticket system
tracks support
inquires by "time
waiting" for reponse
from the support
dept. The HostForWeb.COM
administration
carefully monitors
that the HostForWeb.COM
support staff
maintains a fast
response time,
with courteous
and helpful service.
What are the hardware specs
of the servers?
Every
server at HostForWeb.COM
has different
specifications.
Whenever a server
reaches what we
feel to be the
limit, another
server is built.
HostForWeb.COM
is constantly
upgrading the
server hardware
on our network.
If more drive
space, memory,
or faster processors
are needed, they
are added in at
that time. The
average shared
server is a dual
processor system,
with 1024-2048MB
RAM, and 160mbps
SCSI hard drive(s).
All HostForWeb.COM
servers run spare
hard drives for
backup requirements.
How many sites are currently
running on per
server?
HostForWeb.COM
does not have
a set quantity
of domains running
on each machine.
We find that ten
domains can utilize
more resources
than 200 others.
HostForWeb.COM
monitors each
server's performance
levels and attempts
to maintain a
low server load
average and high
cpu availability.
As needed, HostForWeb.COM
will upgrade the
hardware, to increase
server performance.
Individual domains
that become to
much for the server
to handle, and
utilize too much
server resources,
are moved to servers
set up specifically
for such resource
intensive accounts.
Do
you host adult
sites?
HostForWeb.COM
does host adult
sites. HostForWeb.COM
reseller program
does accept adult
websites.
May I view your Terms Of Service?
The HostForWeb.COM
terms of service
(TOS), including
policy and service
guidelines, are

How long have you been in business?

Do you provide content for
the resellers'
websites?
All
HostForWeb.COM
resellers are
free to copy,
and modify for
their needs, any
material from
the HostForWeb.COM
website. This
will help resellers
with their sales
efforts, and assist
them in designing
a complete and
professional sales
site. We ask that
if for any reason
you decide to
stop reselling
HostForWeb.COM
services, that
you remove such
material based
on copyrighted
HostForWeb.COM
design from your
sales tools and
website.
Note,
that copying/modifying
HostForWeb.COM/G.E.O.S
Corporation website
layout and logos
are strictly prohibited.
Do
you support International
domain names and
clients?
HostForWeb.COM
can host all international
domains on its
servers. HostForWeb.COM
can accept foreign
clientele, just
please be advised
that all correspondance
must be conducted
in English. The
reseller, or the
end-user, is responsible
for handling the
registration process
of foreign domain
name(s). This
must be pointed
to nameservers
on the HostForWeb.COM
network as assigned,
or you can use
other nameservers
and route the
domain name to
the IP address
you are assigned.
HostForWeb.COM
cannot handle
the foreign domain
registration process
for you, due to
the fact that
we do not speak
all of the potential
foreign languages
that may be involved.
HostForWeb.COM
will assist you
however, with
any technical
information need
to accomplish
this.
What if one of my clients break
your "acceptable
usage policy"
rules?
Regardless
of whether a client
is a retail account,
or a reseller
client, all violations
of our TOS are
treated the same.
Users' sites may
be suspended for
violations of
policy, or if
extreme, or second
time offenders,
sites may be cancelled.
Each occurance
is dealt with
on a case by case
basis, and we
try to work things
out with every
client. Notifications
will be sent to
the reseller,
if HostForWeb.COM
takes any action
on one of their
resold accounts.
